These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the pgtaya platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By using pgtaya, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

3.2 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on pgtaya. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pgtaya will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 You must notify pgtaya immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. pgtaya may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security incident.
3.5 pgtaya reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided during registration is false, misleading, or incomplete.
4.1 All financial transactions on the pgtaya Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). pgtaya supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.
4.2 Deposits are credited to your pgtaya account upon confirmation of receipt of funds. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and the policies of the relevant financial institution or e-wallet provider.
4.3 Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, pgtaya will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where this is not possible, pgtaya reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pgtaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 pgtaya does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pgtaya will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
10.3 pgtaya's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pgtaya account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pgtaya's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 pgtaya collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at pgtaya.net/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 pgtaya implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and pgtaya cannot guarantee absolute data security.
11.3 pgtaya will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the services described in these Terms.
12.1 You may close your pgtaya account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification.
12.2 pgtaya reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to pgtaya's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
13.3 pgtaya operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
14.1 pgtaya reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pgtaya will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
